YOUR PURCHASE
One personalised Christmas family game pack for GBP 9.99 in total. The seller is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Nothing is posted and there is no delivery charge. The PDF contains three game pages, three host answer sheets and a personalised cover: seven A4 pages in total. You supply 12 crossword clues and answers, choose 12 separate word-search words (suggested Christmas words are available), and supply six separate family quiz questions and answers. The quiz uses written answers, not multiple choice. Choose Fireside Christmas, Winter Snow or Candy Cane for all seven pages. The pack is in English.
PREVIEW AND DELIVERY
Review spellings, answers and clues in the preview before paying. You may close checkout and edit the preview without buying. We validate and prepare the PDF before opening Stripe Checkout. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we make the PDF available. You can download it on the confirmation page and we automatically email a private download link. Usually this takes a few minutes; if it does not arrive, check spam and contact support with your order reference. Do not pay again to obtain a missing download.
The link lasts seven days after payment. Save the PDF on your device; saved copies do not expire. Anyone holding the link can access the pack, so keep it private. Contact support promptly if you cannot access it. A support copy is retained for 30 days, then the personalised file is removed.
REQUIREMENTS AND USE
You need an email address, an internet connection, a current browser with JavaScript, a PDF reader and access to an A4 printer or a print service. Printing costs are your responsibility. Check the free PDF sample for the layout and readability before buying. Print at actual size/100 percent. No editable source files are included. You may print copies for your own household or private gathering; do not resell, redistribute publicly or use the pack as a commercial product. Only provide content you have permission to use; avoid sensitive details and use first names or nicknames where possible. Buyers must be at least 18 and resident in the UK for this initial launch.
IMMEDIATE DIGITAL SUPPLY AND YOUR RIGHTS
At checkout you must expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins. This does not remove your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not fit for its purpose or not as described. Contact support so we can provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or an appropriate refund. We do not charge a fee for putting our own errors right. If you entered an incorrect clue or spelling, contact us promptly; we will explain what can be corrected. Do not assume a personalised order can be changed after delivery.
PRIVACY AND COMPLAINTS
We use your details to prepare and deliver this order and provide support, not to subscribe you to marketing. The website privacy notice explains data handling. Send complaints to the support email above with the order reference and what went wrong. We will investigate and respond. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. A copy of these terms and your immediate-delivery consent confirmation is included in the order email.
